History
This will serve to introduce our firm to
you. AC Engineered Systems was
founded in August of 1983 to represent and distribute energy efficient and
energy conservation type HVAC products. We
are a minority owned enterprise with 51% ownership by the undersigned.
I am a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and have
been in the HVAC industry in Houston since 1959.
Our company’s experience varies from air handling units and centrifugal
water chillers to automatic temperature controls.
We have four (4) full time field salesmen
including myself. We also have a
full time Warehouse and Parts Manager, counter
sales/warehouseman, and customer
service personnel. We are HUB
certified with the State of Texas and minority certified with the city of
Houston. We are listed in the GSA
Federal Register as an Alerton BAC-NET control products supplier. Our annual
billings (not including factory direct billings for which we receive
commissions) are three to four
million dollars yearly.
